From a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, this house now caters to a spacious 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 bathrooms, a butlers pantry, 2 entertaining areas and much much more. The brief given to JMH was, “we need more space” and that is exactly what JMH provided.

    Wow, talk about a transformation! from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom run down brick veneer house to a modern, 3 bedroom, bathroom, ensuite, walk-in pantry, laundry & 3 living room house, it is amazing what a renovation and some innovative design can achieve.

    Talk about a tight block! this is by far one of the smallest blocks JMH has had to design with. With 180-degree views of the peninsula, JMH knew that this design was going to be one to remember. Featuring 3 levels of the house the client engage JMH to design their families dream home, a place where they could escape their busy life and enjoy a drink on one of there 3 decks.     This client contacted JMH Design to create their dream home using a house they recently purchased as the base. This was a difficult site given the proximity to the neighbouring houses, whilst still trying to capture the views of Moreton Bay. The house started off as a highset 3 bed, 1 bath and has now turned into a 5 bed, 3 living rooms, 2 massive deck/entertaining areas plus a double carport. What a place to live and entertain!

    This is an interior photo of our recently completed new “small lot” home at Nudgee, featuring open plan living, plenty of storage and a fabulous entertaining and kitchen area. Due to its close proximity to the front door, the staircase was turned into a wonderful accent piece in this new home.

    This client engaged JMH Design after searching and failing to find a floor plan that ticked all the boxes with project builders. We worked together to design their ideal home, tailored to their budget. They were after a modern facade that didn’t showcase a square box, but had steps, plenty of natural light through the use of windows and high ceilings and most importantly suited the raised block.

    JMH were commissioned to create realistic renders of this Stafford Townhouse project comprising of 3 separate dwellings. The design consisted of an existing house raise and the addition of 2 townhouses to the rear. The client wanted modern finishes with stylish facades and plenty of storage.

Nestled in the heart of Clear Mountain, the clients approached JMH Design with a vision of building their family home around this view. Consisting of a U-shaped layout, this single storey home not only captured the view of the valley but it’s an entertainer’s paradise too.

    This client wanted to take a standard “Stafford” highset home and turn it into a modern concept extension to the rear. The extension included a new secondary storey 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, main bedroom, walk in and ensuite configuration. The ground floor consisted of a new open plan living area, study nook and a laundry.
